Camp Perfectual

Tim + Jess are finally getting married! This fall, we're gathering our favorite people in Ojai, a peaceful valley where the mountains glow at sunset and skies fill with stars, to celebrate the start of our next adventure together.

Years ago, we jokingly coined the word "Perfectual" to describe something that felt beyond perfect. The word has been part of our story ever since, and we couldn't imagine a better name for a laid-back, love-filled weekend with the people who mean the most to us. Thank you for being a part of our story.

Schedule of Events

Here's a loose shape of the weekend to help in your planning. Times may shift slightly as we firm up the details. All events will take place at Camp Arnaz.

Friday

November 20, 2026

5:30pm - 8:00pm

For those who are in town the night before, come kick off the weekend with us under the stars! Join us for a pizza party, stargazing, and one big bonfire as we settle into camp and celebrate being together. Come as you are, get cozy, and stay a while.

Saturday

November 21, 2026

9:00am - 10:00am

Start your morning with a casual grab-and-go breakfast and plenty of coffee. Swing by in your PJs if you please!

10:00am - 11:00am

For those who would like to join, we'll gather for a special Sabbath worship together. All are welcome to spend the morning with us in song, reflection and gratitude before the day's celebrations begin.

At your leisure - 3:30pm

The morning is yours! Take it slow, enjoy camp or head out to explore Ojai and the surrounding areas. We'll share a few of our favorite ways to spend the morning and things to do nearby. Just be back with plenty of time to get ready for the main event!

3:30pm - 10:00pm

The moment we've all been waiting for. Join us for our "I-do's" followed by dinner and plenty of dancing. We can't wait to celebrate with you! A few thoughts on attire are in our FAQ.

Sunday

November 22, 2026

9:00am - 11:30am

Join us for one last breakfast before we pack up camp and say our goodbyes. Grab a bite, fuel up for the road and help us tie a bow on the most perfectual weekend ever.

Flying in?

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), and Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) are all options for reaching the Ojai area. We recommend renting a car or coordinating a ride with fellow guests for the final stretch.

Driving up?

Camp is roughly a 1.5-2 hour drive from the LA area, depending on where you're starting and, of course, traffic. If you're heading up on Friday, we recommend giving yourself a little extra time for the journey.

Once you leave the city behind, the road gets a little quieter and the scenery gets a lot better. We'll see you at camp.
